Is Every Envelope the Same?
No.
Each destination shapes the envelope.
One city might inspire a card about local greetings, public bathing traditions, or how people queue. Another might include a locally purchased postcard, a pressed botanical print, a small paper souvenir, or an illustration connected to a story in the letter.
Members also get to follow the process on Instagram and sometimes vote on details or help choose items while the envelope is being created.

How Long Does International Mail Take?
The envelopes are sent as real international mail using stamps, so delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.
Some envelopes arrive within a couple of weeks, while others may take four weeks or longer. Tracking is not always available.
